Refund Policy

Subscriptions (Monthly and Annual)

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for the current billing period once it has started.

This applies to: Synapse ICT Compass, Synapse Pulse, Synapse Journal, Synapse Edge, Coded Trading Models, and Automated Scripts subscriptions.

Free Trial ($5.00 / 14 days)

The $5.00 trial fee is non-refundable. It grants 14 days of access to evaluate the Service before committing to a full subscription. If you cancel before the trial ends, no subscription charge is made.

One-Time Purchases

For one-time purchases (ICT Archive $179, Synapse Edge Lifetime $599), we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase, provided the product content has not been substantially accessed or downloaded.

To request a refund on a one-time purchase, email us within 14 days of purchase with your order reference number.

How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.

Exceptional Circumstances

We review requests outside the above policy on a case-by-case basis. Demonstrable technical failures preventing access to the Service will always be addressed.
